En esta ocasi\u00f3n, se ha iniciado la construcci\u00f3n de un sendero peatonal de hormig\u00f3n dise\u00f1ado para mejorar la seguridad y la conexi\u00f3n entre varios barrios.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"939\" height=\"624\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-52.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9922\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-52.png 939w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-52-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-52-768x510.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 939px) 100vw, 939px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un Cruce Seguro para la Comunidad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra tiene un objetivo barrial claro: conectar de manera segura a los vecinos de <strong>San Bernardo y El Mirador<\/strong> con los de <strong>Elli y La Martina<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de un cruce peatonal bien definido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo camino tendr\u00e1 un largo de aproximadamente <strong>300 metros<\/strong> y un ancho de 1.20 metros. Se est\u00e1 construyendo con <strong>hormig\u00f3n armado con peinado<\/strong>, una t\u00e9cnica que le otorga una superficie <strong>antideslizante<\/strong> mediante la creaci\u00f3n de surcos, garantizando la seguridad de los peatones, especialmente en d\u00edas de lluvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parte de una Refacci\u00f3n Integral<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este sendero no es una obra aislada, sino que se integra a un proyecto de refacci\u00f3n general de la avenida Beschtedt que se viene desarrollando en las \u00faltimas semanas.
