Actualmente, los trabajos se concentran en la tercera cuadra de la arteria.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-55-1024x681.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9694\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-55-1024x681.png 1024w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-55-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-55-768x511.png 768w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-55-1536x1021.png 1536w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-55.png 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Recientemente, se habilit\u00f3 el tr\u00e1nsito en la intersecci\u00f3n de calle Francia, mientras que se cort\u00f3 la circulaci\u00f3n en la esquina de Rivadavia para permitir el avance de las tareas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el tramo ya finalizado, se instalaron nuevas redes de agua y cloacas, y se prepararon los tendidos subterr\u00e1neos para los futuros servicios de electricidad y fibra \u00f3ptica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal de esta obra es modernizar el eje comercial del centro de la ciudad y conectarlo de manera m\u00e1s fluida con el sector hist\u00f3rico y basilical. Para minimizar las molestias a los vecinos y comerciantes, los trabajos se realizan <strong>cuadra por cuadra<\/strong>, con un plazo estimado de ejecuci\u00f3n de aproximadamente <strong>40 d\u00edas por tramo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n abarca la totalidad de la calle San Mart\u00edn, desde Avenida Humberto Primo hasta 9 de Julio.
