{"id":92,"date":"2020-04-24T18:15:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-24T18:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=92"},"modified":"2020-05-03T14:29:46","modified_gmt":"2020-05-03T14:29:46","slug":"coronavirus-como-tramitar-los-creditos-a-tasa-cero-para-monotributistas-y-autonomos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=92","title":{"rendered":"Coronavirus: C\u00f3mo tramitar los cr\u00e9ditos a tasa cero para monotributistas y aut\u00f3nomos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>En el marco de la emergencia sanitaria que atraviesa nuestro pa\u00eds por la pandemia del virus COVID-19, el Gobierno estableci\u00f3 una serie de cr\u00e9ditos para monotributistas de todas las categor\u00edas y trabajadores aut\u00f3nomos a Tasa Cero (100% del costo financiero total subsidiado).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este beneficio se otorgar\u00e1 a quienes cumplan con las siguientes condiciones:<br>a. Estar inscriptos en cualquier categor\u00eda del R\u00e9gimen y no encontrarse alcanzados por el beneficio del IFE.<br>b. No prestar servicios al sector p\u00fablico nacional, provincial o municipal (como m\u00e1ximo el 30% de su facturaci\u00f3n entre el 12\/3 y el 12\/4)<br>c. No percibir ingresos por relaci\u00f3n de dependencia o provenientes de una jubilaci\u00f3n.<br>d. En los casos de no tener facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, las compras no deber\u00edan ser superiores al 80% del l\u00edmite inferior del promedio mensual de la categor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El monto del pr\u00e9stamo estar\u00e1 relacionado con la facturaci\u00f3n de cada beneficiario: hasta 3 veces el promedio mensual m\u00e1ximo de cada categor\u00eda, con un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de $150.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este monto ser\u00e1 desembolsado en tres cuotas mensuales iguales y consecutivas, acreditado directamente en el saldo de la tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito del beneficiario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta la cancelaci\u00f3n total del cr\u00e9dito, los beneficiarios no deber\u00edan acceder al mercado \u00fanico y libre de cambios (compra de d\u00f3lares) ni adquirir t\u00edtulos valores en pesos para su posterior e inmediata venta en moneda extranjera o transferencia en custodia al exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para acceder a este benefici\u00f3, se deber\u00e1 entrar a la p\u00e1gina de AFIP con clave fiscal (cuit y contrase\u00f1a). En la secci\u00f3n \u201cMis Servicios\u201d, buscar y agregar el servicio \u201cPrograma de Asistencia de Emergencia al Trabajo y la Producci\u00f3n\u201d. Luego seguir los pasos que plantea el sistema. Una vez finalizada la carga, la AFIP analizar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n y, de ser aprobado, lo comunicar\u00e1 al para la acreditaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito. Para ello, el beneficiario deber\u00e1 haber declarado una cuenta con su respectiva CBU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"626\"
