Dicha medida, ser\u00e1 extendida durante este a\u00f1o 2025 gracias al impulso realizado por el Ejecutivo mediante un Proyecto de Ordenanza.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-5-1024x681.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-5-1024x681.png 1024w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-5-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-5-768x511.png 768w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-5-1536x1021.png 1536w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-5.png 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa permiti\u00f3 promover el desarrollo local, generando beneficios para empresas lujanenses y eliminando la carga tributaria local. Alcanz\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 100 empresas locales y permiti\u00f3 entregar 53 habilitaciones sin costo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, la habilitaci\u00f3n de comercios e industrias a aquellos contribuyentes que inicien los tr\u00e1mites de habilitaci\u00f3n durante todo el 2025 ser\u00e1 totalmente gratuita.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"geom_inter_1744054623078_49_88\">A su vez, seguir\u00e1n exentos las empresas alcanzadas en el pago de las tasas de Inspecci\u00f3n en seguridad e higiene; Servicios generales; Publicidad y propaganda; y Ocupaci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"geom_inter_1744054623078_97_89\">Cabe destacar que desde el a\u00f1o pasado se cre\u00f3 un Comit\u00e9 de an\u00e1lisis y seguimiento del plan de alivio fiscal, integrado por representantes de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Productivo, la Secretar\u00eda Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, y por representantes del sector privado para analizar caso por caso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el 2024 el Municipio de Luj\u00e1n implement\u00f3 un plan extraordinario de alivio fiscal con el objetivo de acompa\u00f1ar a peque\u00f1os comercios e industrias del distrito.
