hac\u00e9s ruido te secuestran la moto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La campa\u00f1a se desarrolla con el objetivo de disminuir ruidos molestos en espacios p\u00fablicos, asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad vial y prevenir il\u00edcitos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de la campa\u00f1a \u201cAvanz\u00e1 sin ruido\u201d, el Municipio de Luj\u00e1n y las fuerzas de seguridad realizaron el pasado viernes, operativos de control vehicular que dejaron como resultado siete motos secuestradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, durante el d\u00eda viernes, se controlaron un total de 36 motoveh\u00edculos, de los cuales 5 fueron retenidos por circular con ca\u00f1os de escape no reglamentarios y otros 2 por circular en contramano o carecer de documentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 13.927, en su art\u00edculo 48 ter. k, establece que tanto los ciclomotores como las motocicletas deben llevar \u00abequipamiento silenciador de escape y ruidos de acuerdo al motor y a la cilindrada del rodado\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 24.449, en su art\u00edculo 33, establece sanciones por producir o generar ruidos molestos en autos, ya que los ca\u00f1os de escape libres y\/ o sin silenciadores son objetos generadores de ruidos y no cumplen con la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los operativos son coordinados por la Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, efectivos de la Guardia Urbana, el Comando de Patrullas y la Comisar\u00eda Luj\u00e1n 1\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"
