{"id":6441,"date":"2023-12-12T16:12:36","date_gmt":"2023-12-12T16:12:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=6441"},"modified":"2023-12-12T16:12:51","modified_gmt":"2023-12-12T16:12:51","slug":"ultimas-dos-fechas-del-ano-para-los-cursos-de-manipulacion-de-alimentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=6441","title":{"rendered":"\u00daltimas dos fechas del a\u00f1o para los cursos de Manipulaci\u00f3n de Alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Coordinadas por la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, las capacitaciones se desarrollar\u00e1n los martes 12 y 19 de diciembre, de 8.30 a 13 horas, en los Galpones de Belgrano 1250.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Municipio de Luj\u00e1n informa a la comunidad las \u00faltimas dos fechas del a\u00f1o para realizar los cursos de Manipulaci\u00f3n de Alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los cursos son dictados por personal capacitado de la Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda y Sanidad Animal, y est\u00e1n divididos en cuatro m\u00f3dulos en los que se tratan tem\u00e1ticas vinculadas a las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de manufactura de alimentos y en los criterios necesarios para una correcta manipulaci\u00f3n de los mismos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los interesados deber\u00e1n inscribirse enviando un correo electr\u00f3nico a&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:cursos.bromatologia.lujan@gmail.com\">cursos.bromatologia.lujan@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez finalizado y aprobado el curso, se entregar\u00e1 un carnet de Manipulador de Alimentos -que ser\u00e1 un requisito obligatorio para las personas que trabajen en \u00e1mbitos donde se elaboren, fraccionen, almacenen, transporten, comercialicen y\/o vendan alimentos o materias primas-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Manipulaci\u00f3n-de-alimentos.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6442\" width=\"577\" height=\"322\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coordinadas por la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, las capacitaciones se desarrollar\u00e1n los martes 12 y 19 de diciembre, de 8.30 a 13 horas, en los Galpones de Belgrano 1250.
