octubre del a\u00f1o pasado con un proceso de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana de car\u00e1cter abierto y participativo.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Municipio de Luj\u00e1n puso en marcha este lunes las obras de reconversi\u00f3n del Campo Municipal de Deportes, con el objetivo de generar un nuevo espacio recreativo y deportivo de uso comunitario.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las obras comenzaron con trabajos de demolici\u00f3n del muro perimetral y retiro del alambrado interior, como primer paso para incorporar el predio al espacio p\u00fablico y ampliar la superficie del Parque San Mart\u00edn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la plataforma virtual Particip\u00e1 Luj\u00e1n y en diferentes etapas, vecinos, vecinas e instituciones opinaron sobre qu\u00e9 nivel de integraci\u00f3n deber\u00eda tener el proyecto con el actual Parque San Mart\u00edn, qu\u00e9 servicios podr\u00edan funcionar en el nuevo predio y qu\u00e9 tipo de actividades ser\u00edan las m\u00e1s apropiadas -deportivas, recreativas, culturales, espect\u00e1culos musicales, ferias y exposiciones-, entre otras.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con los aportes recogidos en esta instancia, se procedi\u00f3 a la elaboraci\u00f3n de un proyecto t\u00e9cnico que fue nuevamente puesto en consideraci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda a los fines de recabar m\u00e1s recomendaciones y sugerencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se realiz\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto final que orientar\u00e1 a la intervenci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, la propuesta resultante del proceso de participaci\u00f3n busca aumentar las \u00e1reas verdes destinadas al uso p\u00fablico, desarrollar una mejor conexi\u00f3n con el Parque San Mart\u00edn y sumar \u00e1reas de recreaci\u00f3n y encuentro de la comunidad -incorporando diversas \u00e1reas deportivas y recreativas-.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n contempla la puesta en valor de la hist\u00f3rica tribuna techada y la utilizaci\u00f3n de la superficie inferior para el desarrollo de servicios gastron\u00f3micos, as\u00ed como la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos ba\u00f1os p\u00fablicos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se proyecta la construcci\u00f3n de senderos peatonales y la realizaci\u00f3n de trabajos de parquizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
