objetivo de&nbsp;garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad vial, disminuir los ruidos molestos en el espacio p\u00fablico&nbsp;y prevenir il\u00edcitos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Municipio de Luj\u00e1n y las fuerzas de seguridad realizaron este fin de semana operativos de control vehicular, que dejaron como saldo doce motos secuestradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En este sentido, durante viernes y s\u00e1bado se controlaron un total de 65 veh\u00edculos y se labraron 14 actas por no contar con seguro vigente, no portar licencia nacional de conducir, y o no llevar casco en motoveh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se retuvieron 12 motoveh\u00edculos por circular con ca\u00f1os de escape no reglamentarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 13.927, en su art\u00edculo 48 ter, establece que tanto los ciclomotores como las motocicletas deben llevar \u00abequipamiento silenciador de escape y ruidos de acuerdo al motor y a la cilindrada del rodado\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 24.449, en su art\u00edculo 33, establece sanciones por producir o generar ruidos molestos en autos, ya que los ca\u00f1os de escape libres y\/ o sin silenciadores son objetos generadores de ruidos y no cumplen con la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los operativos fueron coordinados por la Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, con el apoyo del Comando de Patrullas Luj\u00e1n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\"
