semana comenzaron los trabajos de pavimentaci\u00f3n de un nuevo tramo de la avenida Fern\u00e1ndez Beschtedt.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las obras implican la reconstrucci\u00f3n y asfaltado con pavimento flexible de 1.600 metros, desde la calle del Pilar hasta el acceso al barrio Everlinks II; con las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Dos calzadas de seis metros de ancho para cada sentido de circulaci\u00f3n, incluyendo un boulevard central, desde calle del Pilar hasta la rotonda de acceso al proyecto urban\u00edstico Comarcas de Luj\u00e1n -con una extensi\u00f3n total de 970 metros-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Una calzada simple de seis metros de ancho desde la rotonda de acceso al proyecto urban\u00edstico Comarcas de Luj\u00e1n hasta el acceso al barrio Everlinks II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se ejecutar\u00e1n trabajos de reconstrucci\u00f3n y perfilado de cunetas en todo el trazado descrito.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa se concret\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de un convenio de cooperaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mica entre el Municipio de Luj\u00e1n y los frentistas beneficiados -Los \u00c1lamos II, Altos de Beschtedt, Jos\u00e9 Chediack, Aeroclub Luj\u00e1n, Comarcas de Luj\u00e1n (barrios La Elina, Santa Irene y Santa In\u00e9s) y Everlinks I y II-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, todos los gastos que involucra la obra ser\u00e1n atendidos de forma exclusiva por los frentistas, en tanto que personal t\u00e9cnico de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras e Infraestructura del Municipio realizar\u00e1 las tareas de control y
