Los trabajos comprenden la intervenci\u00f3n de medio centenar de unidades con el prop\u00f3sito de optimizar la eficiencia lum\u00ednica, resguardar la seguridad operativa de las instalaciones y jerarquizar la estetica urbana del sector.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"481\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-30.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12298\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-30.png 640w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-30-300x225.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ejes t\u00e9cnicos de la intervenci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las tareas operativas abarcan un total de <strong>50 farolas<\/strong> emplazadas estrat\u00e9gicamente en el trazado de la plaza, extendi\u00e9ndose puntualmente hacia el arranque de la calle San Mart\u00edn y sobre la traza de la vereda de la calle 9 de Julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto contempla una serie de mejoras sustanciales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recambio de envolventes:<\/strong> Sustituci\u00f3n de los pa\u00f1os deteriorados por nuevos vidrios esmerilados que aseguran una difusi\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea de la luz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Actualizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica:<\/strong> Reemplazo progresivo de las tradicionales l\u00e1mparas de sodio por sistemas de <strong>tecnolog\u00eda LED de luz c\u00e1lida<\/strong>, armonizando de este modo la crom\u00e1tica lum\u00ednica con el corredor de la calle San Mart\u00edn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantenimiento electromec\u00e1nico:<\/strong> Revisi\u00f3n integral del cableado interno, bornes de conexi\u00f3n y sistemas de puesta a tierra, garantizando par\u00e1metros \u00f3ptimos de seguridad el\u00e9ctrica para vecinos y visitantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protecci\u00f3n de estructuras:<\/strong> Labores de pintura y reacondicionamiento anticorrosivo sobre los cuerpos de las farolas y sus respectivas columnas de base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta serie de acciones destinadas a la preservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio urbano, la gesti\u00f3n local contin\u00faa afianzando las tareas de mantenimiento en los espacios p\u00fablicos de concurrencia masiva, priorizando tanto la seguridad ciudadana como el disfrute cotidiano de la comunidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suso en marcha un plan de recuperaci\u00f3n y puesta en valor sobre el sistema lum\u00ednico de la Plaza Belgrano, un espacio neur\u00e1lgico y patrimonial que circunda la Bas\u00edlica Nacional.
