{"id":12058,"date":"2026-09-14T16:07:36","date_gmt":"2026-09-14T19:07:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=12058"},"modified":"2026-09-14T16:07:59","modified_gmt":"2026-09-14T19:07:59","slug":"el-municipio-redobla-la-fiscalizacion-sobre-el-uso-de-agroquimicos-fiscalizan-aplicaciones-irregulares-y-vehiculos-no-habilitados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=12058","title":{"rendered":"El Municipio redobla la fiscalizaci\u00f3n sobre el uso de agroqu\u00edmicos: fiscalizan aplicaciones irregulares y veh\u00edculos no habilitados"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Con el prop\u00f3sito indeclinable de resguardar la salud p\u00fablica de la comunidad y preservar las condiciones ambientales del partido, la gesti\u00f3n municipal profundiz\u00f3 las acciones de control sobre las aplicaciones de agroqu\u00edmicos en distintos puntos del distrito, poniendo bajo la lupa el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"769\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12059\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image-6.png 960w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image-6-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image-6-768x615.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante las \u00faltimas revisiones ejecutadas por el \u00e1rea de Inspecci\u00f3n, los operativos arrojaron resultados concretos en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f3n terrestre. En una de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo en la localidad de Carlos Keen, los inspectores incorporaron material f\u00edlmico aportado por los propios vecinos, quienes registraron una presunta labor de fumigaci\u00f3n terrestre realizada dentro de un radio alcanzado por las restricciones de distancia obligatorias que fija la ordenanza. Ante esta transgresi\u00f3n, las actuaciones fueron giradas de manera directa al Juzgado de Faltas para su evaluaci\u00f3n y la consiguiente aplicaci\u00f3n de sanciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En paralelo, otro de los procedimientos permiti\u00f3 detectar el tr\u00e1nsito y traslado de un equipo terrestre que carec\u00eda por completo de la inscripci\u00f3n formal en el Registro Municipal de Aplicadores, motivo por el cual se procedi\u00f3 a intimar al responsable a presentar la documentaci\u00f3n legal exigida para operar en el sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El marco regulatorio que rige la actividad es la Ordenanza N.\u00b0 5953, instrumento que fija pautas claras al prohibir de manera terminante las aplicaciones a\u00e9reas con destino agropecuario en todo el territorio del distrito y establecer estrictas zonas de resguardo para las aplicaciones terrestres. Estas limitaciones resguardan \u00e1reas urbanizadas, zonas de poblaci\u00f3n consolidada, establecimientos educativos, centros de salud, viviendas aisladas y espacios protegidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El r\u00e9gimen de penalizaciones previsto ante los incumplimientos contempla multas severas por vulnerar los l\u00edmites de distancia en fumigaciones terrestres, tasadas en 30 m\u00f3dulos para la primera infracci\u00f3n, elev\u00e1ndose a 40 para la segunda y a 60 en caso de reincidencia, a lo que se suma el decomiso preventivo de los equipos y productos utilizados. Incluso, ante la reiteraci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de faltas, la ordenanza faculta a la comuna a disponer la exclusi\u00f3n definitiva del infractor del Registro Municipal de Aplicadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el \u00e1rea comunal recordaron que ante cualquier sospecha o detecci\u00f3n de irregularidades, los vecinos y vecinas disponen de una v\u00eda directa de comunicaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea gratuita 109 del Centro Operativo de Monitoreo (COM) para formalizar las denuncias
