de dos camionetas <strong>Volkswagen Amarok<\/strong> totalmente equipadas con tecnolog\u00eda operativa, las cuales estar\u00e1n abocadas principalmente a reforzar la vigilancia durante la franja horaria nocturna, delimitada <strong>entre las 20:00 y las 08:00 horas<\/strong>, per\u00edodo considerado clave para la disuasi\u00f3n delictiva y la respuesta r\u00e1pida ante emergencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Plan \u00abLuj\u00e1n Alerta 24\u00bb: Inversi\u00f3n y herramientas en territorio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La llegada de estos dos m\u00f3viles se enmarca dentro de los ejes prioritarios del <strong>Plan de Seguridad Luj\u00e1n Alerta 24<\/strong>, una iniciativa municipal enfocada en la modernizaci\u00f3n, descentralizaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas aplicadas a la protecci\u00f3n comunitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta entrega, la gesti\u00f3n local consolida un esquema integral de protecci\u00f3n que combina presencia f\u00edsica, vigilancia tecnol\u00f3gica y participaci\u00f3n comunitaria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Parque automotor:<\/strong> Incorporaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de una decena de unidades de patrullaje en los \u00faltimos per\u00edodos para garantizar una cobertura territorial continua tanto en la zona urbana como en las localidades del distrito.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alertas vecinales:<\/strong> Instalaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 50 nuevas alarmas comunitarias en lo que va del a\u00f1o, conectando directamente a los vecinos con las fuerzas de seguridad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Red de videovigilancia y T\u00f3tems de Seguridad:<\/strong> Consolidaci\u00f3n de un ecosistema de monitoreo urbano que actualmente cuenta con <strong>105 t\u00f3tems de seguridad<\/strong> distribuidos estrat\u00e9gicamente en zonas de alta concurrencia, accesos a barrios y espacios p\u00fablicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An\u00e1lisis del impacto preventivo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La asignaci\u00f3n prioritaria de estas unidades al turno nocturno responde a una log\u00edstica preventiva indispensable: durante las horas de menor visibilidad y menor circulaci\u00f3n peatonal, la capacidad de despliegue r\u00e1pido y la visibilidad de los m\u00f3viles con balizamiento continuo reducen sustancialmente las oportunidades de comisi\u00f3n de delitos oportunos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, la integraci\u00f3n de camionetas de porte medio (pick-ups) garantiza capacidad de maniobra y durabilidad operativa tanto en avenidas transitadas como en las calles de tierra y zonas rurales perif\u00e9ricas del distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con estas acciones, el Municipio reafirma su compromiso de sostener una pol\u00edtica de estado en materia de seguridad, modernizando el
