{"id":11827,"date":"2026-08-14T11:33:50","date_gmt":"2026-08-14T14:33:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=11827"},"modified":"2026-08-14T11:34:12","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T14:34:12","slug":"infraestructura-urbana-y-seguridad-vial-se-completo-el-mejoramiento-de-mas-de-20-cuadras-en-el-barrio-san-eduardo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=11827","title":{"rendered":"Infraestructura Urbana y Seguridad Vial: Se complet\u00f3 el mejoramiento de m\u00e1s de 20 cuadras en el barrio San Eduardo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En el marco del plan integral de recuperaci\u00f3n y consolidaci\u00f3n de la trama vial del partido de Luj\u00e1n, el Municipio concluy\u00f3 con \u00e9xito una importante intervenci\u00f3n en el barrio San Eduardo (\u00e1rea comprendida dentro de la zona del barrio Luna). <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"786\" height=\"589\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-27.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11828\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-27.png 786w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-27-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-27-768x576.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 786px) 100vw, 786px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa abarc\u00f3 un total de 2.600 metros lineales \u2014equivalente a m\u00e1s de 20 cuadras\u2014, orientada a transformar radicalmente la transitabilidad y la conectividad interna de este sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detalle de los trabajos y soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las tareas ejecutadas respondieron a un abordaje t\u00e9cnico integral sobre la calzada, dise\u00f1ado para superar los habituales problemas de anegamiento y deterioro por el uso constante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Limpieza y nivelaci\u00f3n del terreno:<\/strong> Se realizaron trabajos previos de perfilar\u00eda y acondicionamiento del suelo base para optimizar las pendientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aporte de tosca y piedra partida:<\/strong> Se aplic\u00f3 tosca seleccionada para estabilizar la subbase y se finaliz\u00f3 con una capa de rodamiento en piedra partida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es clave esta combinaci\u00f3n de materiales?<\/strong> El aporte de tosca compactada otorga estructura y resistencia mec\u00e1nica al suelo, mientras que la piedra partida genera una capa firme de rodamiento que previene la formaci\u00f3n de barro durante los d\u00edas de lluvia. Asimismo, la correcta nivelaci\u00f3n garantiza un escurrimiento pluvial m\u00e1s eficiente, protegiendo la calzada del desgaste prematuro y reduciendo el mantenimiento recurrente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mapeo de la intervenci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La obra cubri\u00f3 los siguientes tramos estrat\u00e9gicos del trazado barrial:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Calle Kennedy:<\/strong> entre Ex Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 7 y Ecuador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calle Guti\u00e9rrez:<\/strong> entre Colombia y Ecuador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calle Galileo:<\/strong> desde su inicio hasta calle Colombia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calle J.M. P\u00e9rez:<\/strong> entre Ex Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 7 y Ecuador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calle Ecuador:<\/strong> entre Kennedy y J.M. P\u00e9rez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calle Colombia:<\/strong> entre Kennedy y Galileo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calle Honduras:<\/strong> entre Guti\u00e9rrez y Ex Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impacto directo en la comunidad y la seguridad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finalizaci\u00f3n de estas obras representa un salto cualitativo para los vecinos del barrio San Eduardo y para quienes transitan a diario por la zona:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Garant\u00eda de accesibilidad:<\/strong> Al asegurar calzadas firmes y transitables en cualquier condici\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica, se facilita el ingreso y egreso de servicios esenciales como ambulancias, patrulleros, recolecci\u00f3n de residuos y transporte escolar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conexi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica:<\/strong> La intervenci\u00f3n fortalece el enlace directo entre las calles internas del barrio y v\u00edas de mayor flujo, como la Ex Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seguridad vial:<\/strong> Una superficie uniforme libre de pozos y zanjones reduce los riesgos de maniobras intempestivas, previniendo accidentes y protegiendo la integridad mec\u00e1nica de los veh\u00edculos que circulan por la zona.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la conclusi\u00f3n de estos 2.600 metros de mejoramiento, el sector suma previsibilidad, higiene urbana y una infraestructura acorde al crecimiento de la trama urbana
