La iniciativa abarca amplias facilidades financieras, quitas de intereses resarcitorios y opciones de pago adaptadas tanto a los vecinos como al entramado comercial y productivo local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa busca acompa\u00f1ar a los contribuyentes garantizando alternativas viables de regularizaci\u00f3n, al tiempo que brinda mayor previsibilidad financiera a comercios e industrias para asegurar el desarrollo de sus actividades en el partido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------+\n|                  Esquema de Beneficios y Opciones de Pago                         |\n+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------+\n| \u2022 Patentes \/ Impuesto Automotor: Hasta 60% de quita en intereses y 12 cuotas.     |\n| \u2022 Tasa de Seguridad e Higiene: Hasta 50% de quita en intereses y 12 cuotas.       |\n| \u2022 Servicios Generales (Comercios): Hasta 50% de quita en intereses y 12 cuotas.   |\n| \u2022 Servicios Generales (Industrias): Hasta 50% de quita en intereses y 6 cuotas.   |\n| \u2022 Deudas Judicializadas: 15% de descuento por pago contado o hasta 24 cuotas.     |\n| \u2022 Documentaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica: Financiaci\u00f3n disponible en hasta 12 cuotas.              |\n+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------+\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Atenci\u00f3n prioritaria a jubilados y desempleados<\/strong> En un esfuerzo por atender de manera prioritaria a los sectores en situaci\u00f3n de mayor vulnerabilidad o dificultad econ\u00f3mica, el Municipio dispuso condiciones especiales de alivio social. Quienes acrediten la condici\u00f3n de jubilados o desempleados podr\u00e1n acceder a una <strong>quita del 100% de los intereses resarcitorios<\/strong> y contar con un esquema de financiaci\u00f3n extendido de hasta 24 cuotas fijas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la administraci\u00f3n municipal invitaron a todos los contribuyentes a consultar los t\u00e9rminos de la moratoria de manera presencial o a trav\u00e9s de los canales oficiales, para seleccionar la alternativa de regularizaci\u00f3n que mejor se adapte a sus
