{"id":11746,"date":"2026-08-05T23:24:26","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T02:24:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=11746"},"modified":"2026-08-05T23:24:44","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T02:24:44","slug":"infraestructura-escolar-avanzan-los-trabajos-para-renovar-veredas-y-accesos-en-la-primaria-n-21-de-la-loma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=11746","title":{"rendered":"Infraestructura escolar: avanzan los trabajos para renovar veredas y accesos en la Primaria N\u00b0 21 de La Loma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Con la premisa de garantizar entornos m\u00e1s seguros e integrales para la comunidad educativa, el Municipio de Luj\u00e1n \u2014en un trabajo coordinado con el Consejo Escolar\u2014 lleva adelante una serie de obras de remodelaci\u00f3n en las instalaciones de la Escuela Primaria N\u00b0 21 \u201cManuel de Pinazo\u201d, emplazada en el barrio La Loma.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11747\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-1536x1152.png 1536w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3.png 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La intervenci\u00f3n principal est\u00e1 centrada en la reconstrucci\u00f3n integral de las veredas perimetrales y en la edificaci\u00f3n de un nuevo play\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n, tareas pensadas para optimizar la transitabilidad y el ingreso diario de estudiantes, docentes y familias al establecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detalle t\u00e9cnico de los trabajos en marcha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las tareas en ejecuci\u00f3n demandan una preparaci\u00f3n previa del terreno mediante limpieza, compactaci\u00f3n con aporte de tosca y nivelaci\u00f3n del suelo. A partir de all\u00ed, los frentes de obra avanzan en dos ejes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nuevo play\u00f3n de acceso (100 m\u00b2):<\/strong> Se vuelca hormig\u00f3n de calidad H17 con una terminaci\u00f3n de bordes alisados y centro peinado para evitar resbalones. La estructura incluir\u00e1 la colocaci\u00f3n de bolardos de protecci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n y la construcci\u00f3n de un sistema de alcantarillado hacia la zanja existente, complementado con una cuneta de mamposter\u00eda y rejilla met\u00e1lica para un correcto drenaje pluvial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Red de veredas (160 metros lineales):<\/strong> Se construyen nuevos senderos de hormig\u00f3n H17 con la misma terminaci\u00f3n de seguridad (bordes alisados y superficie central peinada), cubriendo el per\u00edmetro de tr\u00e1nsito escolar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas mejoras se inscriben dentro del plan de intervenciones peri\u00f3dicas acordado entre el Ejecutivo local y las autoridades educativas para intervenir de forma
