Para ello, articular\u00e1 esfuerzos desde las \u00e1reas de Control Urbano, Salud y el sistema educativo local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formaci\u00f3n obligatoria y herramientas pedag\u00f3gicas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa estar\u00e1 destinado a <strong>j\u00f3venes de entre 17 y 21 a\u00f1os escolarizados<\/strong> que realicen el tr\u00e1mite para acceder a su primera licencia de conducir motoveh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s de un esquema formativo de car\u00e1cter obligatorio, la iniciativa sumar\u00e1 contenidos pedag\u00f3gicos y te\u00f3ricos a las exigencias normativas vigentes, buscando formar conductores m\u00e1s conscientes y preparados. Entre sus ejes principales se destacan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Capacitaci\u00f3n en aula:<\/strong> Dictado de contenidos sobre normas de tr\u00e1nsito, percepci\u00f3n del riesgo y convivencia en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enfoque preventivo:<\/strong> Contenidos vinculados al cuidado de la salud, el uso correcto del casco protector y la responsabilidad individual al volante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acompa\u00f1amiento institucional:<\/strong> Provisi\u00f3n de recursos t\u00e9cnicos y educativos por parte del Municipio para garantizar que los principiantes cuenten con los conocimientos necesarios antes de salir a la calle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un compromiso integral con la seguridad vial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta iniciativa, la gesti\u00f3n municipal apunta a consolidar una cultura vial basada en la educaci\u00f3n y la prevenci\u00f3n desde la primera
