Durante este primer m\u00f3dulo, especialistas de la <strong>Subsecretar\u00eda de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte<\/strong> profundizaron en conceptos clave de seguridad y educaci\u00f3n vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n hizo hincapi\u00e9 en el conocimiento exhaustivo de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se\u00f1al\u00e9tica urbana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leyes nacionales de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordenanzas municipales vigentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protocolos para una circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y peatonal correcta y segura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formaci\u00f3n para emergencias y habilidades blandas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El cronograma de capacitaciones no se limita exclusivamente a las normas de tr\u00e1nsito. En las pr\u00f3ximas semanas, el programa incorporar\u00e1 tem\u00e1ticas de vital importancia para la asistencia ciudadana en la calle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primeros auxilios y RCP:<\/strong> En una labor conjunta con el cuerpo de <strong>Bomberos Voluntarios<\/strong>, el personal ser\u00e1 entrenado en t\u00e9cnicas de Reanimaci\u00f3n Cardiopulmonar, transformando a los trabajadores en potenciales primeros respondientes ante una emergencia en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inteligencia Emocional:<\/strong> El ciclo concluir\u00e1 con un taller enfocado en la gesti\u00f3n de emociones y resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, herramientas fundamentales para el trato cotidiano con conductores y peatones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este plan de formaci\u00f3n continua subraya la importancia de profesionalizar los roles del sector p\u00fablico, entendiendo que un personal capacitado no solo garantiza el cumplimiento de las normas, sino que contribuye a una convivencia urbana m\u00e1s armoniosa y segura en todo el distrito.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la
