{"id":10860,"date":"2026-03-27T18:55:50","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T21:55:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=10860"},"modified":"2026-03-27T18:56:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T21:56:11","slug":"seguridad-vial-intensos-operativos-de-control-vehicular-durante-el-mes-de-marzo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=10860","title":{"rendered":"Seguridad Vial: Intensos operativos de control vehicular durante el mes de marzo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con el objetivo de reforzar la prevenci\u00f3n de il\u00edcitos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de tr\u00e1nsito, el Municipio de Luj\u00e1n, en conjunto con las fuerzas policiales, llev\u00f3 adelante una serie de operativos din\u00e1micos de control en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos del distrito.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-52-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10861\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-52-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-52-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-52-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-52.png 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el transcurso de marzo, las autoridades supervisaron un total de <strong>175 veh\u00edculos<\/strong>. Como resultado de estas intervenciones, se labraron <strong>90 actas de infracci\u00f3n<\/strong> por diversas irregularidades, entre las que se destacan la falta de documentaci\u00f3n obligatoria, la ausencia de seguro vigente y el no uso del casco en motociclistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secuestros y controles de ruidos molestos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los puntos centrales de los operativos fue la retenci\u00f3n de rodados que no cumpl\u00edan con las normativas vigentes. En total, se <strong>secuestraron 39 motocicletas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del total de motos retenidas, <strong>13 de ellas<\/strong> presentaban infracciones a la <strong>Ley Provincial N\u00b0 13.927<\/strong>. Espec\u00edficamente, se sancion\u00f3 el incumplimiento del art\u00edculo 48 ter. k, que exige que todo ciclomotor o motocicleta cuente con el <strong>equipamiento silenciador de escape<\/strong> adecuado a su motor y cilindrada, buscando as\u00ed reducir la contaminaci\u00f3n sonora en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alcohol y licencias<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las retenciones vehiculares, el balance del mes arroj\u00f3 los siguientes datos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5 licencias de conducir<\/strong> fueron retenidas por diversas faltas graves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 test de alcoholemia<\/strong> result\u00f3 positivo, procedi\u00e9ndose a la sanci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad resaltaron que estas acciones no solo buscan la sanci\u00f3n, sino fundamentalmente la <strong>concientizaci\u00f3n ciudadana<\/strong>. El cumplimiento de las normas viales es una pieza clave para brindar seguridad territorial y proteger la integridad de toda la comunidad
