{"id":1009,"date":"2021-03-12T22:27:36","date_gmt":"2021-03-12T22:27:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=1009"},"modified":"2021-03-12T22:28:42","modified_gmt":"2021-03-12T22:28:42","slug":"estudiando-los-como-chanchos-los-pibes-tienen-que-aguantarse-el-olor-de-un-criadero-de-cerdos-que-seria-clandestino-pegadito-a-la-escuela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elciudadanodelujan.com.ar\/?p=1009","title":{"rendered":"ESTUDIANDO COMO LOS CHANCHOS: LOS PIBES TIENEN QUE AGUANTARSE EL OLOR DE UN CRIADERO DE CERDOS QUE SER\u00cdA CLANDESTINO PEGADITO A LA ESCUELA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNA CHANCHER\u00cdA CLANDESTINA AFECTA A ALUMNOS EN MEDIO DE UNA PANDEMIA: SE INSTALARON CON LOS CERDOS USURPANDO UN TERRENO AL LADO DE LA ESCUELA, Y TIENEN QUE DAR CLASES CON LAS VENTANAS CERRADAS, CON LOS PELIGROS QUE CONLLEVA NO VENTILAR LOS SALONES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La escuela N\u00famero 3, ubicada en el paraje Sucre, que tiene acceso por el costado del basural a cielo abierto de Luj\u00e1n, se ve afectada al momento de dar clases, dado que desde hace unos siete meses instalaron junto al establecimiento educativo una chancher\u00eda, la que no contar\u00eda con habilitaci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien la directora de esta escuela rural realiz\u00f3 las denuncias pertinentes desde el \u00e1rea de medioambiente de la municipalidad de Luj\u00e1n todav\u00eda no resolvieron la situaci\u00f3n, dado que habr\u00eda una tramitaci\u00f3n judicial a los efectos de un desalojo presuntamente requerido por los propietarios de esas tierras. As\u00ed y todo, en tiempo de reinicio de clases los alumnos y las docentes se ven afectados por esta situaci\u00f3n irregular, sobre todo porque una de las recomendaciones detalladas en los protocolos de salud tiene que ver con la distancia social entre los chicos para al dictado de clases, adem\u00e1s de darlas con las ventanas abiertas, con buena ventilaci\u00f3n, pero ello es imposible poder realizarlo por los aromas al criadero de cerdos que instalaron a pocos metros del lugar, lindante apenas con un alambrado de por medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede ser que un emprendimiento comercial sin habilitaci\u00f3n funcione de esta manera? \u00bfQu\u00e9 hay que esperar para que se cierre?, debido a c\u00f3mo afecta a la escuela, porque sin m\u00e1s no cuentan con habilitaci\u00f3n, y nadie sabe de d\u00f3nde proceden esos animales ni d\u00f3nde se comercializan, condici\u00f3n que es responsabilidad de la comuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veremos qu\u00e9 sucede en las pr\u00f3ximas horas o d\u00edas al respecto, en medio de esta situaci\u00f3n que no da para m\u00e1s, la que ni siquiera deber\u00eda haberse iniciado, porque afecta a la salud en su conjunto, porque por un lado est\u00e1n los chicos dela escuela, que pueden contagiarse de Covid por no tener aireados los salones, y por otro lado quienes consumen la carne de estos cerdos, que no tendr\u00edan la cadena de fr\u00edo requerida, dado que tambi\u00e9n los faenan en el lugar, y no contar\u00edan con revisiones veterinarias peri\u00f3dicas, como cualquier establecimiento debidamente habilitado. Siendo, seg\u00fan nuestras fuentes el responsable del lugar un abogado de nombre \u201cDiego\u201d, de nuestra ciudad, y los propietarios de la tierra que reclaman judicialmente por su restituci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan nuestras fuentes ser\u00edan de apellido \u201cRold\u00e1n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
